Today I did 100 overhead squats @ 95 lbs for time. Did in 5:59. Arms gave out before the legs. Nice workout. Alex if you see Smith tell him to post his workouts on here I want to see how bad I'm beating him!

My feelins are hurt Ogger. I did 30/135 for 6:08. Youdid it in 4:50. I'm coming to get ya!
