Well, after yesterday's effort to do kipping pull-ups I continued to get a few in as a warm up. This time I managed 5 in a row 3x. I was quite proud of myself. Then it went completely down hill from there! The WOD involved pull-ups and knees to elbows. It was ugly but I managed 108 pull-ups (no jumping allowed)and knees to elbows. I think my arms are now 2 inches longer than when I arrived and I won't be able to wipe properly for a few days!!!! I'm still lovin' it though.
