Dillon had Jay, Lisa and I do the first WOD of the Crossfit Games:

AMRAP in 10 min of:

30 Double Unders
15 Power snatches with 55#

3 rounds + 22 double unders!

Great job Jay and Lisa!

New double unders PR for me-25 in a row! yay!

Lisa and I also jogged for 800 m and ran for 400 m afterwards.
