did bench press 3-3-3 today. completed 125, then did a single at 135lbs. goal is body weight next time. Alex are you going to eric's after work on monday or home? if home can I stop by around 8 am for a work-out? If not that's ok.. I'll figure something else out, maybe early tuesday
