then 10 rounds of cindy with the 25lb vest on in 10:4?.. definitly can do a sub 10 if I didn't have to stop and chase Marshall after he kept escaping from the kids area. Getting pumpewd to do Murph.. goal is sub 1 hour.
looking forward to some squats tomorrow.. yeah yeah!!!!
Did the wall ball fran today. 42-30-18 wall balls, 21-15-9 pullups. Time - 6:50. Actually enjoyed this workout. Thinking about doing a Murph tomorrow time permitting. Oh ya and thanks for including me in the FGB. I know you were scared, btw what was your score?

Ogger that's an awsome time... were those full squat wall balls?
I'm psyched for Murph.. Ogger let me know how much the run sucks.. I'm hoping for sub 1 hour ( around 50 mins would rock).
