tried to see at which point I failed at 15 reps. Got upto 11 reps of 105lbs (did 95lbs x 15 easy). It wasn't the weight, it was my wrists. I don't think I was holding it properly.
then I did pullup/pushup progression completed 20 rounds, then failed on the 21 pull-ups (only had 8 by 48 secs so I called it).
That shirt is awesome, where does one get their hands on one of those? Great work on the site Alex...good luck this weekend if i dont see you before that.
