2 mins off my PR.. 7:32.
I partially blame the fancy pull up bar at globo. As soon as it got wet from sweat (almost right away) I was slipping off the bar every 2-3 reps. Very frustrating.
Yesterdays WOD: running lucky 7s
7 rounds - run 400m, 7 med ball cleans, 7 push-ups and finish it off with one more run. 24:37 that was a great running wod.
