I did a sad 4 rounds and 14 wall balls. Head to head with sean. I lost again but at least he didn't lap me. I haven't felt this bad after a workout in a long time. There was no time to catch your breath. Alex keep up the great work. Crossfit Bolton is going to be huge!!
