did 3 rounds of
800m run,
50 deads
50 sit-ups
time= 26:32

then 10 rounds of cindy with the 25lb vest on in 10:4?.. definitly can do a sub 10 if I didn't have to stop and chase Marshall after he kept escaping from the kids area. Getting pumpewd to do Murph.. goal is sub 1 hour.

looking forward to some squats tomorrow.. yeah yeah!!!!

Did the wall ball fran today.
42-30-18 wall balls, 21-15-9 pullups. Time - 6:50. Actually enjoyed this workout. Thinking about doing a Murph tomorrow time permitting. Oh ya and thanks for including me in the FGB. I know you were scared, btw what was your score?

I'm psyched for Murph.. Ogger let me know how much the run sucks.. I'm hoping for sub 1 hour ( around 50 mins would rock).
