I did the 1.5 Pood and the 1.0 Pood...what the hell is a Pood???

We did a slight variation.

80x 1.5 then 1.0 then,
70x 1.5 then 1.0 then,
60x 1.5 then 1.0 then,
50x 1.5 then 1.0 then,
40x 1.5 then 1.0 then,
30x 1.5 then 1.0 then,
20x 1.5 then 1.0 then,
10x 1.5 then 1.0 then.

My time was around 53 minutes...don't have my log book with me at this time.


That was the hardest workout I've ever done. My left hand was bleeding and I couldn't grip my pen properly to record everything after the workout.
