On January 27th, I did a workout that consisted of front squats and situps done on the elevated bench...I forget what they are called, something like GHD.

Those situps hurt like a bitch. It's been 9 days now and today is the first day I can actually standup straight and stretch my abs by arching back. I thought I damaged something like a bladder.

Alex explained it well to me, "I used and tore muscle fibers I didn't even know I had"...very true.

I have to admit, Crossfit has redefined my thoughts on what training should be.
