There is something I've been thinking about, something I'm not sure has been said yet. I know this is going to sound sappy, but here goes...
Thanks. Thank you to Alex for deciding to open a Crossfit in Bolton. This decision has had a positive impact on so many people.
If it weren't for the location, I don't think I would be doing Crossfit.
Thank you to the assistant coaches. Thanks to you guys, all members have access to more workout sessions. Alex can't do it all and depends on reliable people. So thanks for helping him...because helping him, helps all of us.
Thanks to the members. The atmosphere is second to none. The dedication and intensity that everyone puts into these workouts has created an environment conducive to amazing results.
Lastly, thank you to Alex's wife (sorry forgot your name right now...gasp!), for keeping the washroom clean and stocked and whatever else you do.
One more last thing, I KNOW that I speak for everyone...Cheers.
