Yesterdays workout...All I have to say...sometimes I think Alex thinks we're bionic.

50 burpees
50 KB swings (1.5)
50 Step ups with weight (I added 60lbs)

3 rounds for time. I did it in around 44 minutes and came in 2nd! What a bitch of a workout.


What's weird is I was so exhausted that I couldn't seem to rest when I got home.

I have to admit though, this was one of those workouts where I thought Alex prescribed too much, but we all managed to complete it.
