Hi all,
A year ago today I started at Crossfit Bolton!!
I came in to my first session scared, insecure and unsure if I was capable of completing a single workout…and baby, look at me now! (Not too hard!-haha)

I watch you walk through that door day in and day out giving it your all, no matter how many days you have worked out that week or how sore you are or what injury you may have and still find the strength to fight through the WOD. You are all truly inspiring! You make me want to be better, faster and stronger. And for that, I want to thank you.

Every one of you have at one time or another given me words of encouragement when I had no words to give myself. Whether it being “You got it, Sonia!” “How many reps do you have left? OKAY LET’S HAVE ‘EM!” or “Mind over matter” they DO in fact work and I appreciate it!

In many aspects of life in order to achieve your goal, you need to be around people that support you, people who will be willing to go the extra mile with you. So thank you all for being those people!

To all the trainers, though you all have your own methods of teaching, you have all had a profound effect on me and have contributed in my developing success, so keep doing what you’re doing…IT WORKS! And it’s because of your passion for Crossfit training and your level of commitment to the Crossfit Bolton family that keeps me coming back!

Alex, a special THANK YOU for believing in me and introducing me to your crazy world! It is because of you and all that you have done to make Crossfit Bolton a success that I can walk out that door each night with a newfound confidence that I never thought possible!
