I wanted to come in today actually (Saturday), but couldn't make it happen. Did a great workout on Thurs...800 m run, 50x deadlifts bodyweight, 50 x situps...3 rounds...33 mins 16 secs..
That one was tough on the lower back and hamstrings, but I loved it.
i've been going during the day. thursday sounded good !
today we did - 30 burpees (barfees), 15 deadlifts, 50 lunges, 15 toes to bar, 30 shoulder press, 50 box jump, 60 jumping chest to bar, 30 situps and 50 squats. 25:00 - i was the slowest !
Lol Barfee's...I'm sure we will start them Barfee's now :)
I hurt my wrists this weekend. I tried doing a double clap push up, but the 2nd clap was behind my back. I almost managed to get my hands to clap behind my back but instincts and reflex's kicked in. In order to save my nose from crushing impact, I quickly(like superman) put my hands back in front of me.
Unfortunately, I strained both my wrists in the process, the left worse than the right. I think I'll be able to manage the workouts. I'll just have to see what exercises put too much strain on them.
