With a continuously running clock do one pull-up the first minute, two pull-ups the second minute, three pull-ups the third minute...continuing as long as you are able. Use as many sets each minute as needed.

If you do not get to at least 15 minutes of pull-ups, rest 10 minutes then...

Amazing effort today. Pre-disposed mindset limits us in terms of what attempt in all aspects of our lives. Crossfit teaches us to push past that and when we do we learn we can achieve unbelievable things. This way of thinking will transfer into all aspects of your life.

Howdy folks. I managed to get in last night after 2.5 hours of traffic (Gardiner was closed...caused serious backlog).

I did the pullup workout, 1 rep first minute, 2 reps 2nd minute, etc. I posted 15 minutes on the board as my goal.

I got to 13 minutes and 8 reps in the 14th minute. It's incredible how fast it gets harder with each minute. I was good up until 11 minutes and really felt the strain at that point.

All in all, I'm happy with my result. I'll shoot for all 15 minutes next time.
