Post row time and number of sets to comple overhead squats to comments. Greatest number of reps in any set breaks ties.

7:23 3 sets (30 reps, 25 reps, 20 reps) Suicide by sled 1:40, the legs were deffinately done after that. I had to walk around with my knees locked out
