evil evil workout today. teams of 2. 4 rounds. 50 pullups, wallballs, pushups, squats and box jumps. 40:13 - it almost killed me!

Hey Kendra(hopefully I spelt your name right).

Your refering to a different workout that you did on this date. I did the listed workout last night with a bunch of others, but we did KB swings in place of K2E's because there was another group doing a workout and needed the pullup bars.

I completed the workout in 17:41.

By the way, you said "good luck to Alex". Which Alex and why?

house of pain, you spelled my name right, but you spelled spelled wrong. hehe! the workout i did was made up by evil jimmy. i would like to do the one you mentioned. alex p competed and came 5th overall in the crossfit ontario challenge in burlington on saturday!!
