I did this workout today...August 3rd at 8 a.m. I think Alex was punishing me for being on holidays for three weeks... It was AWFUL!!! I did the pullups with the bands which was challenging because I usually do jumping...It took me 50:56 minutes and I was ready to vomit half way through...

This workout looked somewhat simple...until I noticed it is 3!!! rounds for time...not 1!

Ah...It does look very painful. It looks worse than Filthy Fifty.

Ok, I did this workout last night, August 5th, 2010. 40:35.

Let me say this...OMG! When I first joined Crossfit, I would go home each night telling my wife and friends that "tonight was the hardest workout yet!!!". After a while, I started to realize that they are all hard.

However, we all remember a workout that hurt...bad! For me, it was Death By Kettlebells and Filthy Fifty. Filthy Fifty is the one I would always consider to be the hardest ever...for me.

This workout tops Filthy Fifty. I felt so completely drained of any energy that even today, I'm still trying to recover.

Very tough workout...but glad I did it.
