400m run
50 air squats

I just wasn't feeling weights today!

I did Helen with Jonny instead of my 5k run.. 10:59.. probably should have pushed it a bit more.

then did Randy- 75 snatches but I up'd the weight to 65lbs (instead of Rx 55).. 5:16. That's a gasser. I think if I tried it without doing a Helen first I could do sub 5.
