Front Squats x5: 190

I highly recommend 5 rep front squats to anyone who hasn't done them. Its a war to keep that rack up.

If you guys don't like the max rounds in 20 minutes stuff just do 5 rounds for time of:
95 pound Clean and Jerk, 15 reps
Run 400 meters
