ok.. today did single rep max dead - 235lbs... up 50 lbs from July 6th... SWEET!!then did max # reps in 2 mins of full clean and jerks 5 rounds with 2 min breaks.. total score 58.and did a little practice of hand power snatches to get ready for tomorrow
Kristin, I have you doing something quite similar on Aug. 29th. Check your sheet. The one with my ass print on it.
