Jonny, the goal is to try and DL as much as you can for three reps and immediately follow it with a max rep set of HSPU's.
If you know your 3 rep max DL, you won’t need to ramp up the weight on every set. If you don't know your 3 rep max, adjust it from set to set. To estimate your 3 rep max just multiply your one rep max by 93%.
A 3-5 minute rest between sets should be sufficient.
Basically this workout is a "Lynne" with DL's and HSPU's (or bloody shins and foreheads) instead of Bench Presses and Pull-ups.
