ok.. so I've been crazy busy.. today you had me listed for shoulder press, pp, pj... I was really short for time, didn't get to the gym till 7:50 tonight (with the kids)..

so I did Fran. 5:04... way better than my 11 min fran last time, but should have been sub 5. I couldn't string my pull-ups together for the life of me, and my very last pull-up was so crap I had to do a 10th pull-up.
