Was going to do a total today. Did the back squat at 265 pr for that lift. Shoulder press at 145, tie my PR I believe than I wasn't feeling the dead today. Warming up for them, alex ropes me into a workout. 21-15-9 of OHS @ 95 and burpees.
Me being an baby didn't want to do OHS subbed them for front squats @ 135. I think I should have done the OHS. But had a great day hanging out in the gym

how many chin ups did you do that photo? My record is 25 so far, planning to break it this summer by at least 5 more.
