My pelvis is FUCKED!!!

tried "Melissa" I have never done heavy squats except for a one rep max... the 165 back squats killed me. I actually have some part of the joint/bone protruding out the centre of my back. that cant be good.

glad I finished it, crying like a little baby, but I finished it.

thank god for advil.
