Interesting read. Personally I think training with lower reps would promote greater strength increases. A low rep workout (Crossfit style) would be the best combination for size/strength gains and overall cardiovascular improvement. What would a workout like this look like?
5-4-3-2-1 reps for time of:400 pound Deadlift200 pound Clean100 pound Snatch
Great run today ladies, you know who you are. My time were, 3:30, 3:23, 3:18, 3:22.My last try was actually my fastest, but I couldn't get up off the floor quick enough to get moving when Dillon said 'go'
i agree - great job everybody! and see - i am not fast! 3:45, 3:40, 3:50, 3:46
As much as I dislike running, I must admit that I'm glad I did it!4:09, 4:49, 5:12, 5:26Thanks to everyone there yesterday for the encouragement!! Great times from everyone!
