So...I did this workout on Wednesday, January 26th. But here's something funny. Adam asked me what I had in mind. I told him that I saw Sara and Joanne do this workout and I wanted to do it, along with our newest member...my buddy Justing.
Adam told me that I had done this workout before but I honestly couldn't remember. He was right though...so on August 25th 2010, my time was 27:35.
My plan was to try and keep a steady tempo throughout this workout this time to try and beat my last time by roughly 3 minutes. I ended up doing it in 20:46!
