So Dillon told us last night that he completed the Crossfit coaching certificate. That's great! Congrats man...I'm sure the workouts are gonna be awesome...difficult but awesome :)

Also, I like the fact that your taking some time at the beginning of a couple workouts each week, to teach proper form for different exercises. Kipping man...Kipping! Gawd I suck at those =/

Dirty WOD. The wallballs spike your heart rate as you can get through them pretty fast, then the 135 lb cleans with a spiked heart rate and rubber legs. Comin out of the hole on the clean is the same movement as the WB but with 135lbs. NASTY!
