Any workout that involves burpees or kettlebell swings is gonna have some element of "...oh my god...make it stop!"

If this is what we're doing tonight, I better up my carbs =P

Doh! I just realized the prescribed KB is 2.0 pood...I'm not there yet lol. I may try it, but I doubt I'd be able to use that...yet. Maybe by the summer.

Well I surprized myself last night. When I first joined Xfit, I tried swinging the 2.0 Pood KB and it nearly pulled my arms out of their sockets =/

If I remember correctly, I used the 1.0 Pood for the 1st month then progress to the 1.5, which I've been using ever since.

The prescribed weight for men for this workout is the 2.0 Pood. My intention was to start off with the 1.5 and then move to the 2.0 when I got to the round with 20 or 10 reps...to finish up.

Alex suggested the other way around. To my surprize, I managed the entire workout with the 2.0! But this came at a costly price. One of my well establish caluses broke away last night, leaving a deep wound.

Oh well, it'll heal with time, but man does it sting! Even just passing my hand under water hurts like a bitch...
