Event 7 from the 2009 CrossFit Games:
As many rounds as possible in 8 minutes of:
4 Handstand Push-ups
8 KB Swings, 2 pood
12 GHD Sit-ups

Rest 5 minutes

Row Sprint 30 sec; Rest 3 min off rower; Repeat 4 times

Post rounds and reps complete for Part 1 and total metres from row to comments.

Handstands, check! Handstand push-ups, not so much!

Row for 30 seconds, rest for 3 minutes x4

Row 1 161 m
Row 2 140 m
Row 3 158 m
Row 4 151 m

Total: 610 m

Hi Sonia. For this workout, was there a prescribed time for the 1st part? Great job on the 2nd part!

Hey Joe,

The workout was set to be 8 minutes in length and I had to see how many reps I could do within that time. Good times!
