Good job Alex and Lisa. I haven't been able to do Muscle ups yet. That's something I'm gonna have to work on. I've seen videos where people are improvising the movement by either lowering the rings closer to the floor, or using a tall box. This way, they can go through the motions, get comfortable with the movement and get stronger with it.

That's probably what I would have to do initially...

then

25 pullups w/ bands

My forearms were burning!!! I have MUCH work to do here!!!
