4 rounds-37:48Used 160 lbs on the deadlifts and the bands for the pull-ups.
Did 4 Rnds 31:29.... With 205 pnds
28:31. 5 rounds at 225lbs. It didn't occur to me how many total deadlifts this workout has with a heavy weight...not until the morning after. My lower back is killing me!!!
