14:55. Hands are ok did it on the bar on the white board wall. just did them slow and steady. Now that i've got the taste, i know i can go harder next time.
14:28 used overhand grip and small box for boost. However for the next time I will be doing them with under hand grip and no box since it was easier to get myself up
